STRATEGY OPTIMIZATION FOR RESPONDING TO PRIMARY, SECONDARY AND RESIDUAL RISKS CONSIDERING COST AND TIME DIMENSIONS IN PETROCHEMICAL PROJECTS

Risk management throughout the project life cycle, from initial phase beginning to final phase, ended continuously and dynamically, is one of basic requirements for success any project-oriented organization. To effectively identify manage risks at all stages project, careful selection must be made levels In some cases, implementing response may eliminate risk but reciprocally create additional project. Most available methods mainly focus on eliminating primary without understanding secondary residual that arise during implementation. The occurrence can a direct result performing an activity responds risk.
